Roxanne Seymour, Senior Director, IT PMO, Carter’s Inc. In her role as Sr. Director of the IT Program Management Office, Roxanne is responsible for project, program and portfolio management. With more than 28 years of experience, Roxanne has built several PMOs from the ground up.
